📝 Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Technicians to join our team on a commission-only basis.

                              Sales person will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, Maintain follow-up and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives, Report daily/weekly progress
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Generate leads and convert to sales

Must Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
    Bachelor Degree or Higher, Often, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Adaptable to changing markets and customer demands
  • Must have a smartphone/laptop and internet access (if remote)

Nice to have

  • Organize and prioritize sales activities efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Deep understanding of the products or services being sold
  • Strong analytical skills, Technology proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Perks

This is a pure commission-based role. Earn 10–20% commission per sale, with average earnings of ₹25,000–₹75,000/month based on performance. No fixed salary.
